INSPIRATION
Awakening was inspired by a quiet January evening in 2023 in my hometown in Spain. After a long, rainy day working in the studio, I decided to go for a walk to clear my mind, only to stumble upon the most unexpected spectacle of colors.
The sky glowed with vivid pinks, blues, and yellows, reflected in scattered puddles. I took a moment to enjoy it before the sunset faded.
It’s a small tribute to those ‘me-time’ moments after a hard day’s work. With its vibrant colors and peaceful vibe, this piece adds energy to any room. Perfect for living rooms, offices, or entryways.
The original painting was created in gouache and watercolor and was sold in 2024 to a collector in the U.S.
